Get your property site ready and get noticed

When companies evaluate new site locations for operations, they often solicit site submissions on a national scale, resulting in a very competitive marketplace. REDI is one of hundreds of economic development organizations across the country submitting for site selection projects. It is imperative that the region’s inventory of sites and buildings is ready for these requests to win projects, growing the number of jobs and investment in the Cincinnati region. REDI is here to assist in promoting Cincinnati region sites. Please fill out the following form to get the process underway.

SiteOhio Authenticated Sites

Launched in 2017, JobsOhio developed a new way for growing companies to find their perfect site in Ohio. As a site authentication program, SiteOhio goes beyond the usual site-certification process, putting properties through a comprehensive review and analysis. The SiteOhio seal indicates a site is ready for immediate development on day one, guaranteeing that all utilities are on site with adequate capacities and that due diligence studies have been completed. The SiteOhio seal also ensures that the site is free from incompatible uses, with no limitations or insurance liability based on surrounding property.

Ohio Site Inventory Program

Ohio Site Inventory Program

The primary goal of the Ohio Site Inventory Program (OSIP) is to fill gaps in Ohio’s real estate inventory with real estate targeting near-term sector wins to ensure our state is more competitive for reactive site selection projects. The OSIP offers grants and low-interest loans to support speculative site and building development projects with no identified end user.
