Cincinnati State Workforce Development Center - Offers workforce education and training that meets manufacturing companies’ specific content, timetable and location requirements. Through a $2.75 million U.S. Department of Labor grant, Cincinnati State established the Greater Cincinnati Manufacturing Careers Accelerator to give manufacturers a pool of skilled employees trained in welding and Computerized Numerical Control operations.
Gateway Community and Technical College Workforce Solutions – Serves more than 350 companies through customized workforce training on-site or in the classroom, including lean manufacturing.
Partners for a Competitive Workforce – Focuses on meeting employer demand by growing the skills of our current and future workforce in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.
Tri-State Tooling and Manufacturing Association – Partners with Great Oaks Institute of Technology and Career Development, Butler Tech, Gateway Community and Technical College, Miami University, and Partners for a Competitive Workforce to develop skilled workers in Greater Cincinnati.

Kentucky FAME - KY FAME (The Kentucky Federation for Advanced Manufacturing Education) is a company-sponsored partnership of regional employers who share the goal of creating a pipeline of highly skilled workers. Employers start training students while they are still in school. Students receive hands-on and classroom training that gives them access to high-paying advanced manufacturing jobs.
